Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbs fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Basil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand. Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf balls. Fry until slightly browned. Add to a large pot of sauce and simmer for about 3 hours.
