Corn Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 - 8 1/2 oz. box corn bread mix
  • 1 - 15 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1 - 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1/2 tea, salt
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine margarine, sour cream and eggs in a bowl.

Beat in corn bread mix. Stir in corns, onion, chilies and salt.

Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika.
