Flognarde of Nectarine

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe nectarines
  • 4 eggs
  • 110 g sugar
  • 2 spoons (soup) of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 250 ml milk (I used thin)
  • 25 g butter (I used lean)
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 º C.

Wash the nectarines and cut into quarters gin (with skin), then strip (thick). Arrange the slides on the bottom of a greased or silicone.

Melt butter and cool.
Beat eggs, add sugars, then the salt, flour, butter and lastly the milk. Stir well.
Pour the batter over fruit and bake at 180 º C for about 40 minutes.

Unmold and cool and serve cold.
