Ingredients
- Crust:
- 3/4 cup of ground pecans
- 3/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons of melted Butter
- Cheesecake:
- 3 8 oz packages of cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 eggs room temperature
- 1 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
- Squirt of lemon juice
- Topping:
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of suagr
- 1 teaspoon of vanila

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Preheat over to 325 degress.
Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9" springform pan. Use a glass with a flat bottom and straight sides to evenly press the crust mixture into the pan.
Cheesecake:
Blend ingredients together 10 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into 9" springform pan crust and bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes
Cool 15 minutes before topping
Topping:
Reset oven temperature to 450 degrees.
Mix all ingredients and beat 5-7 minutes; spread over cake.
Bake 7 minutes.
Chill overnight.
