Chickpea Snacker

Yummy little morsels of goodness. Sounds spicier than they are!

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz can of chicpeas
  • 2 t ground cumin seeds
  • 2 t ground coriander seeds
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 T plain white flour
  • 1 1/2 t olive oil or canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees
Drain chickpeas & leave them to dry on several layers of paper towels
Put chickpeas into a bowl with cumin, coriander, cayenne, & salt.
Toss to mix.
Add the whilte flour and toss again.
Add the oil and mix well
Grease 7x10 baking tray and empty the chickpeas onto it
Bake 15 minutes
Stir
Bake another 15 minutes
