Lasagna Roll-ups with Spinach & Cheese

  • 1 - 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
  • 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach,m thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 26-oz. jar Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • or use a spicier sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan and egg in a medium bowl. Spread about 1/2 cup cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle, roll up.

Pour 1/3 cup pasta sauce into a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange lasagna noodles seam side down in dish. Top with remaining sauce.

Cover with foil. Bake 35 minutes, or until hot.
