Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Karo syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry cake mix, eggs, cherry pie filling, and almond extract. Put in greased and floured 13x9 cake pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Glaze: melt chocolate chips, butter, and syrup slowly over medium. Pour over hot cake. Top with cool whip.
