Jalapeno Poppers

  • 18 Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 pkg.Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 1 cup shredded parmeson cheese
  • 1 8 0z. pkg cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the Jalapeno peppers in half, scrape out seeds and veins with a melon baller. If making more than a single batch, wear gloves.
Filling: mix sausage that has been fried and drained, and the cheeses.
Stuff into pepper halves. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
