Chicken in a Pot

Ingredients

• 3 - 4 potatoes pealed and sliced
• 2 - 3 carrots sliced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 pkg cut-up chicken
• 1 pkg chicken gravey mix
• 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Best cooked in a ceramic dutch oven or pampered chef stone covered dutch oven. Place gravey mix in bottom with 1 cup water. Stir. Top with vegetables and chicken. Put on lid and back at 350 for 65 - 80 minutes until chicken is coooked and vegetables tender.
