Creamy Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Long Stem Broccoli
  • 6 boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assemble broccoli on the tray and lay the chicken on top.

Salt lightly. Mix remaining ingredients and pour half over the chicken (save the other half for another time). Bake for 1 hour.
