Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 T. melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1-1/3 C. water
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp almond flavoring
- Smooth and Creamy Frosting:
- 1 pkg small vanilla instant pudding
- 1 C. cold milk
- 1/4 C. powdered sugar
- 1-12 oz container cool whip (thawed)
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix and cake ingredients. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Frosting:
Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in small bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater until well blended (about 1 minute) Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cake at once. Make sure to refrigerate.
