BUTTERSCOTCH SCHNAPPS CAKE

Ingredients

• 1 *1 Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 *1 Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix
• 4 *4 Eggs
• 3/4 *3/4 Cup Butterscotch Schnapps
• 3/4 *3/4 Cup Oil
• *TOPPING*
• 1/4 *1/4 Cup Butterscotch Schnapps
• 1 *1 Cup powdered sugar
• 1 *1 Cup pecan pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients approximately 2 minutes.

Grease and flour bunt pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes turn out onto plate.

Drizzle with topping.
