Ingredients
- 1 *1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 *1 Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix
- 4 *4 Eggs
- 3/4 *3/4 Cup Butterscotch Schnapps
- 3/4 *3/4 Cup Oil
- *TOPPING*
- 1/4 *1/4 Cup Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 *1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 *1 Cup pecan pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cake ingredients approximately 2 minutes.
Grease and flour bunt pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes turn out onto plate.
Drizzle with topping.
