Chicken Salad

I love a good chicken salad in the summertime.
This recipe is very versatile. Depending on what is in the refrigerator you can add, subtract and/or substitute ingredients as you wish.

Ingredients
- 1 large celery rib, finely diced
- 2 scallions, white and green parts, finely chopped
- 25 red seedless grapes, quartered
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip or regular mayo
- 1 Tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix (this is just the dry packet)
- 24 ounces canned chicken or leftover rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except sunflower seeds in large bowl.
Fold in the sunflower seeds.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
