Ingredients
- 1 egg, or 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbl lemon juice or wine vinegar
- 1 C butter, melted and hot
Preparation
Step 1
Whirl egg, mustard and lemon juice in blender until well blended. With the motor on high, add butter, a few drops at a time, working into a steady stream about 1/16-inch wide as mixture begins to thicken.
Serve immediately, or reheat.
