Ingredients
- 6 Serrano or Peruvian green chiles, stems and seeds discarded
- 1 bunch cilantro, stems included
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small white onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbl very hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth, adding more hot water to thin if necessary.
