Green Chile and Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 Serrano or Peruvian green chiles, stems and seeds discarded
  • 1 bunch cilantro, stems included
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small white onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbl very hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth, adding more hot water to thin if necessary.
