Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 3 Tbl cilantro, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 C red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together all. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
