Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 C firmly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 C grated Parmesan
  • 3/4 C olive oil
  • 2 Tbl toasted pine nuts
  • 4 cloves garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Place all in food processor, blend about 3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.
