Crumb Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 t. B.P.
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, shortening and B.P. thoroughly with hands until crumbly. Take out small cupful and set aside.

Beat eggs, milk and vanilla until it looks like cream. Mix with flour mixture. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cup of flour mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 375* for 30 minutes.
