Pierogi Dough-sour cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4-5 cups of flour (usually 5)
  • 1/2 of 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 3-4 tbs. butter
  • filling of mashed potatoes or saurkraut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients in order of listing, kneed a little. boil filled pierogi for 5 minutes.

Boil potatoes and mash plain potatoes, (no lumpss). Chop onion and fry in butter until golden. Add to potatoes-salt and pepper-add large curd cottage cheese (approx. 2/3 tub for large level of potatoes.
