Cucumbers in Creamy Sauce

• 4 large cucumbers
• Miracle Whip or Mayo
• Salt and Pepper
• Onion

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and slice 4 large cucumbers. Cover in salt water and let stand for a couple of hours. Drain and blot. Add miracle whip or mayo to cover cucumbers. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add finely sliced onions to mix.
