Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 eggs beaten
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400F
in a large bowl mix dry ingredients
in another bowl mix wet ingredients. then add cheddar to wet ingredients.
using a spatula, fold wet ingredients into dry, do not over mix.
fill muffin cups and bake 15-20 minutes
