Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground beef
- 3 large green peppers chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can mushrooms (4 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, peppers, and onion. Stir in rest of the ingredients. Boil and let simmer for 30 minutes. Add rice and cook through.
