WINGS - Crispy Oven-Baked Asian Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 6 chicken wings, separated into two pieces each, tips discarded (about 1 lb.)
- 1 tablespoon Soy or Tamari Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
- small pinch cayenne Pepper
- 3 tablespoons EVOO

Step 1
Place chicken wings in a zip-lock back and add soy sauce and seasonings. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes and up to overnight in fridge.
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 425°F.
Add chicken wings to a baking dish and toss/drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in toaster oven for 25-30 minutes or regular oven for 30 - 40 minutes until browned, keeping an eye on it.
Take dish out of oven, flip chicken wings over, and bake for another 10 - 20 minutes so each side is equally crispy.
They should be crispy on the outside, but not burnt or hard, and moist on the inside when they are done.
Remove from the oil and serve as is or add to sauce/marinade of choice, tossing to coat, then serve.
