Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) package frozen spinach
  • 1 (4-ounce) can Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
