Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 8 fresh fig
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar (optional)
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 3 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- blk pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place garlic in olive oil, aside. Cut criss-cross in tap of jig. Place in small baking dish and add water, vinegar and sugar. Cover and bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Grill or toast bread brush and garlic oil. Top and slice of prosaetto and warm fig. Place in mascarpone in center of each fig and pan over any baking juices. Serve immediately and freshly ground pepper
