Ingredients
- 200 g stork
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 25 ml cocoa
- 10 ml baking pwd
- 125 ml strong cold coffee.
Preparation
Step 1
Cream stork and sugar.
Add eggs singly, beating well after each.
Sift the dry ingreds and add alternatively with the coffee.
Mix well and bake in prepared tins for 30 - 35 mins.
