Pyramid Fridge cake

Ingredients

  • 250 g marge
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • three quarters cup castor sugar
  • few drops of vanilla or lemon juice
  • cherries
  • pecan nuts
  • grated chocolate or flake
  • 2 packets + 2 tennis biscuits
  • tin foil.

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy.
Add cream cheese.
Add beaten egg.
Add vanilla.

Lay 4 rows of 3 biscuits on the tin foil.
Sprinkle with sherry.
Put on the mixture.
Cover with biscuits.
Put on the mixture.
Put biscuits on top.
Pick up tin foil and make a pyramid.
Close and freeze.
