Ingredients
- 250 g marge
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 egg
- three quarters cup castor sugar
- few drops of vanilla or lemon juice
- cherries
- pecan nuts
- grated chocolate or flake
- 2 packets + 2 tennis biscuits
- tin foil.
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy.
Add cream cheese.
Add beaten egg.
Add vanilla.
Lay 4 rows of 3 biscuits on the tin foil.
Sprinkle with sherry.
Put on the mixture.
Cover with biscuits.
Put on the mixture.
Put biscuits on top.
Pick up tin foil and make a pyramid.
Close and freeze.
