Graham Cracker Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter and sugar
beat in the vanilla and egg
in medium bowl combine graham crackers, flour, baking soda and salt
gradually add to butter mixture
mix until just combined
stir in chocolate chips
spray cookie sheet with no stick
drop as cookies
bake 7 minutes
