Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Yellow Cake mix
• 1 small pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup oil
• 3/4 cup Cream Sherry
• 1/4 cup Poppy Seeds
• 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, instant pudding until smooth; then add eggs, oil, and sherry until creamy; add poppy seeds and nutmeg.
Bake @ 350' oven for 40-45 minutes.
