Kiss Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup (lightly spoon flour into cup, then level)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 cup solid shortening
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 T milk
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 bag Hershey kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients. Shape into balls. Roll in additional sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Top hot cookie with kiss candy.
