Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- Final Topping:
- 1 can cherry or blueverry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cheese & eggs (one at a time). Add sugar & vanilla & mix. Place in cupcake liners almost to the top & bake until golden brown. 325* for 45 minutes.
Combine topping ingrediants.
Remove cheese cakes from oven and top each one with topping. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Place pie filling on top.
