Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned and drained
- 14 oz jar pizza sauce
- 8 oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
place beef in a ungreased 8X8 baking pan
top with pizza sauce and cheese
combine baking mix, milk, and eggs in a mixing bowl
stir well until smooth
pour over cheese
bake 400* for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden on top
