Ingredients
- 2 # chicken
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a dish. Mix buttermilk and hot sauce in another dish. Put corn flake crumbs in a third dish. Dip chicken pieces in flour mix, then buttermilk, and then in corn flake crumbs. Place pieces on cookie sheet lined with tin foil. Drizzle canola oil over top of chicken pieces. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes and then turn over and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
