Turkey Loaf from Weightwatchers

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 oz. ground turkey

Preparation

Step 1

Cook first four ingredients in a small pan. Add remaining ingredients. Put in 2 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
