Quinoa Tabbouleh

Ingredients

  • quinoa, toasted
  • Parsley, chopped
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • cucumbers, chopped
  • garbanzo beans
  • Dressing
  • 1 t. Greek seasonings
  • 2 T.Lemon Juice
  • 2 T. Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Add equal amounts of vegetables and quinoa into a large bowl. toss gently and add
1t. (or more to taste) and
2T. lemon juice
2T. EVOO
