Ingredients
- quinoa, toasted
- Parsley, chopped
- tomatoes, chopped
- cucumbers, chopped
- garbanzo beans
- Dressing
- 1 t. Greek seasonings
- 2 T.Lemon Juice
- 2 T. Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Add equal amounts of vegetables and quinoa into a large bowl. toss gently and add

2T. lemon juice
