Ingredients
- 1 # asparagus
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500. In shallow roasting pan, toss asparagus with olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Roast uncovered for 6 to 8 minutes. Until crisp but tender, shaking pan occasionally. Serve immediately.
