Peaches 'n Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together for 2 minutes then pour into prepared 9-inch deep dish or 10-inch pie pan.

1 (15-20 oz.) can sliced peaches (or pineapple chunks), well drained - reserve juice.

Pour peaches over batter.

Mix together 1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 T. reserved peach syrup. Spoon over peaches. Combint 1 T. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 degress for 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Store in the refrigerator.
