Cindy's Granola

We stayed in a B&B in Portland Maine and loved this granola. Cindy was so to have emailed me the recipe. Great Hostess Gift!

Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 cup sweet shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, coconut and sugar.
In a small bowl combine syrup, butter and salt.
Combine dry with wet ingredients toss to evenly distribute
Spread on 2 baking sheets. 300 degrees. Cook 1 hour 15 mins, stirring every 15 mins. to achieve even color.
Remove and cool, toss in raisins.
Store in airtight container.
