Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
- 1 # Spicy pork sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Spread croutons in greased 9x13 cake pan.
Cook sausage, drain, and crumble over croutons. In large bowl, whisk eggs and milk, stir in soup, cheese, and mustard. Pour over sausage and croutons. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 325. Cook 50 to 55 minutes until set and lightly browned on top.
