Quiche from Mionique

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 baked pie crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Cup up chicken breasts and onion. Season and cook.
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter, add flour slowly to make a roue. Add chicken broth slowly and cook until thick. Add 1 egg and 2 cups cheddar cheese. Mix everything together and put in pie shells. Add mozzarella to the top. Bake at 25 at 350.

Wet fork and poke holes before cooking. Cook 10 to 12 minutes until browned.
