The Bavarian Lodge House Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 tsp fresh basil, snipped or 1-1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed
  • 4-1/2 tsp fresh oregano, snipped or 1-1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, snipped or 1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 C balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 C olive or canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor, combine herbs, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Add vinegar, cover. With processor running, add oil in thisn, steady stream, processing until well combined. j Store, covered in refrigerator up to 5 days.
