Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbl Balsamic viinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 C crumbled blue cheese (about 4 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all but cheese in bowl to blend. Whisk in cheese, leaving some while pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
