Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, deboned
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon accent
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add garlic to oil and let stand 20 minutes. Remove garlic. Mix together breadcrumbs, cheese, accent and salt and pepper. Dip chicken in oil and then in crumb mixture. Place in large baking dish, tucking sides under to form neat roll- do not let touch each other. Pour remainder of corn oil over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 for about 45 minutes or until done.
