Rogue Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 C cider vinegar
  • 2/3 C olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbl sugar (or white corn syrup)
  • 2 Tbl Oregon Blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together mustard, vinegar, sugar and garlic. Add olive oil slowly while beating with a whisk. Add blue cheese, stirring to break up chunks to desired size.
