Ingredients
- 6 Tbl butter
- 2 Tbl Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 C walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 C Parmesan, grated
Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan, cook butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When foam subsides and butter begins to turn golden brown, about 3 minutes, turn off heat. Let cook about 1 minute. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper.
Put pasta in pan and toss to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts and parmesan.
