Ingredients
- 5 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 T salt and pepper
- clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp French's mustard
- 1 or more T. Worchestershire sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon (1/2 lemon and 2 spoonfuls of oil for 2 salads, -- to make 8 salads to 12 salads use 2 to 12 spoonfuls of oil and more lemon-
- 4 T Canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheees
Preparation
Step 1
Mix in wooden bowl salt, pepper, garlic mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and oil.
Add egg and beat well with a fork.
Add lettuce and toss.
Add croutons and toss.
Serve and sprinkle with grated Romano cheese.
