Ingredients
- 1/2 Lime (quartered)
- 3 tablespoons fresh Mint leaves
- 1 1-inch fresh Ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Simple Syrup
- 6 ounces Soda Water
- Lime wedge (for garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
In a heavy-bottom glass, muddle together the lime, mint, ginger and simple syrup until the juice is released from the lime and the mint is bruised and broken up into small pieces.
Add ice and top off with the soda water. Garnish with fresh lime.
