Pork and Potato Bake

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. crisco
  • 5 cups potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. onions
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Slice and peel potatoes like you would for scalloped potatoes. Brown and season pork chops in crisco. Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
