Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes

These are great to make the day before a holiday meal. They can be refrigerated for a few days. Add minced garlic if you like!

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds potatoes
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Wash, peel, and slice potatoes. Add to boiling water and cook until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
Mash the potatoes by hand in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients while the potatoes are still warm.
Put the potatoes into the sprayed 9" x 13" pan and refrigerate until needed (up to a few days).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
