Calamata Olive Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pitted calamata olives (diced)
  • 2 cups of red. roasted peppers (diced)
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tbs. minced garlic
  • Splash of red wine
  • 1 pkg. pita bread

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all engredients and refrigerate. Cut pita pockets into triangles. Layer spread onto triangles and serve.
