Ingredients
- 2 cups of pitted calamata olives (diced)
- 2 cups of red. roasted peppers (diced)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tbs. minced garlic
- Splash of red wine
- 1 pkg. pita bread
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all engredients and refrigerate. Cut pita pockets into triangles. Layer spread onto triangles and serve.
